Here here, the maiden voyage of Help! Fiction. I don't really care enough to write a huge section on the contributors to this blog, but essentially its just jake and myself, with the occassional guest writer. You'll get to know us more in the future I'm sure, and it's something we can all look forward to. The basiscs of the blog are outlined to your right in our sort of lame, obligatory 'mission statement', if you have any questions, as always, drop us a line.

In order to get this first post out of the way:

A few songs that have been stuck in my head lately, and as much as I enjoy singing to myself, getting caught trying to belt out the unatainable lead vocals in the chorus of 'Android' in the library can sometimes be slightly embarassing. So in order to ease my embarrassment, I present to you the following, in hopes that you too will be unable to shake them in all their glory, and perhaps, someday, we can all join together in a sort of beautiful singalong of Radiohead and the New Pornographers........
